Author stevejohnson1976 Posted December 17, 2009 Author Posted December 17, 2009 Then call- right now. RIGHT NOW. It wouldn't matter to me personally if a guy texted or called- if he called, I'd let it go to voice and then text back because the phone makes me nervous. If she's given you the phone go-ahead- use it....or text...just do something. hahaha...hilarious. I think it went to voicemail on purpose, but we shall see. f'ing girls....errrrrrr why blow all the smoke up my butt after the date if you dont mean it? ill let you know what i hear...
D-Lish Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 ok - got the dreaded voicemail....left a message "dishes are done" I thought so- she will respond with a text. So- now we wait...
Author stevejohnson1976 Posted December 17, 2009 Author Posted December 17, 2009 I thought so- she will respond with a text. So- now we wait... ughhhhhh...why are you girls so difficult? i have a feeling we may be waiting awhile. dont worry though, i went out last night with an even better girl...so i'll have more "2nd date call" questions sooooon. like tomorrow.....

So why do you care then? lol. If you went out with a better chick last night- move on to her! She'll text back. Maybe she is on a date tonight.

Maybe she is on a date tonight. why do I care? You can't put all your eggs in one basket!!!! Especially with the online dating machine. You have to have a few in the 'hopper', in casae the others don't pan out. I think I have had enough clues to guarantee this is done. when she texted me sat., she asked for my email address so she can send me "crazy creeper emails" she gets from weird dudes. well, i never got those emails, despite being promised twic ( i didnt want them). She also said she would use my email 'often', but it hasnt been used since the original after our date ( we had been communicating via the online dating message system or text). So, i'm pretty sure its 'good night nurse'. Shouldve realized this sooner, but I did have a HUGE suspicion, hence why i posted here!! I knew something wasnt right....
D-Lish Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 Well you keep adding more stuff to the mix! Opinions will change the more you disclose! She sounds weird- she is suggesting sending you the e-mails she gets from other dudes on your dating site that are creepy? She's an insecure crazy girl- run.

meerkat stew Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 Texting in response to your voicemail message is rude and out of line, don't let them do that, or just don't respond when they do. Or better yet, just text back, "call me." if they text in response to a VM. Texting is a bad idea for the guy who is trying to ask a girl out early on. Always stick to phone. Many women string men out on text just because every little ding on their phone says "I'm popular!" Don't play that game.

meerkat stew Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 (edited) Eh, only two hours, I don't write it off as a flake until 24 hours. Do want to add, this woman was going to send you "creeper emails" from other guys? How tacky and conceited is that? Regardless of whether she actually did it or not, just having a mind that thinks that way spells trouble. What if you offered to send her "porker emails" from fat girls that you received, would your mind even go there to think to do something like that, let alone say it to a date? EDIT: Didn't see Dlish comment about the creep emails or would have just quoted and agreed. Edited December 17, 2009 by meerkat stew
Author stevejohnson1976 Posted December 17, 2009 Author Posted December 17, 2009 well, i got an email from her at 6am saying that she fell asleep early (she had been sick)... her work party got moved to saturday, so she said she couldnt go out then - but offerred up Friday night as an alternative. she also said she really wants to see me soon, she misses our emails and that she is in no way blowing me off.. im skeptical at best here....but why throw in all positive stuff if she's not interested. i hate this crap
