Hi!! iI am currently seeking help, with a situation I am in.. not only myself but howevery my 2 daughters. I am married but nhave not been with my 2 daughter farther in 10 years, for numerous of reasons. 1. He has been in and out of jail? he came home @ 6months ago and things are so different for me and my children.. me and my husband has been with other pepole before, but however it's a weird typen ofn relationshipn that we have.. neither one of us filed for a divorce.

This time he had been gone for 4 years we communciated and our girls went to n see him and we talked but things are not comfortable.. To make a long story short we are in a situation to wear we both went to counciling, but we butt head.. we have not been physical, sometimes it's hard to be in a room together for alot different reasons. 1. WE DO NOT KNOW WHERE ARE HOW TO START... 2. Things feel differnet and alomost scary mayb from being hurt.. One thing we both know is that we both Love our girls with all our hearts and will do anything to make them happy..

 

My question would be Where do we start how do we start.. we talked about him comming home, andus trying to be friends we just dont know What to do?

 

We are to have a family meeting on Sat which is 2morrow on comming up with a plan to make every1 happy. WHAT SHOULD WE DO OR WHAT SHOULD I SAY/

Looks and sounds like you have been drinking or something. I am not going to comment on that. everyone copes differently. might want to lay off a bit though.

 

As far as the meeting... just relax and be yourself. keep it light (small talk). if there are issues that comes up, don't do it in front of the kids. they will probably know something is up but.... wait till later.

 

you will probably have several emotional feelings, up and down, confused but enjoy the day. the rest will come with time. I am going through some really bad things right now but as people have told me on here... one day at a time.
