Should I invite her out?

I have a question that I was hoping that you guys might be able to help me with.

I work as a program coordinator and a couple months ago I helped organize this fishing event. This event was for young adults which is I guess is my age. Anyway everyone had a great time, then about a month later I was on a dating web site and saw one of the girls that was at the event. I sent her a message and we began to chat, then exchanged phone numbers.

Since I came from a well respected organization and she got to knew me through this one event a little bit she knew that I wasn't a creep. After chatting with her a little bit I asked her out to the cabin for an early morning fishing trip, she accepted and stayed the night. I should mention that on her profile on the dating site all she was looking for was friendship. Nothing happened that overnight except visiting and enjoying each other's company which I was totally fine with.:)

Anyway we went out fishing and had a really nice time, we're both love the outdoors so we had a lot to talk about.

That was about 2 months ago, however she has since been buried under school work. I made the offer to take her out again and it just never happened, no biggie.

With Christmas coming up I expect that she is going to have some free time. I am going to the cabin over New Years and I thought that she might have time to come down to the cabin again to go ice fishing, snowshoeing, and hiking.

What do you guys think, should I ask her or let her come to me? I don't want to seem pushy.

btw I am not looking at this point to make a move on her, just get to know each other and see if something happens. I do sort of like her, but want to get to know her first. I am not sure how she feels about me, I know she kind of looks up to me from the sort of student to teacher, since I was teaching her and the rest of the group at the event.
