In THAT sense, I can understand why some of the males here would be put off. Its like saying they are creepy just for being.

I've been to Italy and Spain and can tell you that women over there are far more appealing and easy-going than their overweight, feminist North American counterparts As for Latin men giving women attention, it's a two way street over there, which is why it works. Italian and Spanish women treat their men with a lot more respect than North American women do. They recognize the man as the head of the household and don't pretend to be his equal. They are quite happy to fill the traditional female roles of mother and housewife that North American women find degrading. And they almost never divorce.

Everyone is expected to pay their own way. Women are alot more easy going, appreciative and respectful. In my experience, alot of the problem with American Society today is a major sense of entitlement and individualism. Not that being your own individual isn't appropriate, but in reality, the "ME ME ME" aspect of society seems to wear more on women then men these days. I am not trying to demonize women, I am simply saying, IN MY EXPERIENCE, women elsewhere are far more capable mates then alot of women here in North America.

Dude you are the one saying things are different in other parts of the world. You are also the one saying that men in North America should not treat women as well. Ever occur to you that women abroad are a lot more giving with men because the men are also more attentive with them? It's a catch 22. I am Italian and came here in my teens, my boyfriend is German. He treats me like a queen he is very generous and attentive and a complete gentleman, he gets the world from me, above all he gets respect. I've gone out with men who have a chip on their shoulder who act like women owe THEM something, guess what they got from me? A kick in the ass out the door. Many American women are like the person who started this thread. They feel the world owes them something. They think they are entitled to being approached by attractive, desirable men while yucky, 'unappealing' guys should not even dare to look their way. And then they start acting like some kind of a grave injustice is being perpetrated on them because they only get approached by unattractive men (who they classify as 'creepy'). Of course, it doesn't occur to these women that they are totally unappealing to 'normal' men. How could it when they have a netwrok of facebook 'friends' constantly telling them how awesome they are?

If you are going to throw out a comment like "women in Italy and Spain and anywhere else in latin america deserve more respect than North American women, and then tell me that these women are better and that their divorce rate is a lot lower, you had better know what the heck you are talking about. He sort of did but mostly didn't. Like a lot of the other comments he's made so far. If you understand how religion works, in particular the religion that is exclusive to these countries, it is founded on some very basic principles that get tied in to why it is "frowned upon" in society to divorce. It has zilch to do with women being more willing to be housewives and allowing their men be patriarchs. Men in these countries are also highly unfaithful and their women are (according to JohnnyM's fact) more devoted to making their men feel like men. So what can you tell me about that? Women are entitled creatures in this country..They expect man to provide nuemrous things for them and thats before you even get to looks All they feel they have to brings to the table is looks and a vagina and thats enough.. Most men just want a decent enough looking trusthworhty women whos theyre for him.A womens list of what a man must posses is about 72 pages long.. ENTITLEMENT!!
