was looking through an old classmate's Facebook page, and something he posted really surprised me: When asked what his wife thought about something he'd said there, he replied that she's on FB, but just not one of his friends.

yet he's got his old squeeze from high school on there as one of his friends.

is it just me, or do you find this a bit weird? And would you necessarily exclude your spouse as a FB friend?

Yeah I think that's strange. Maybe his wife just doesn't use FB that much so she doesn't really care, but still.. seems a little weird.

My wife has a FB page, but I'm not the least bit interested in that sort of thing. So, needless to say I'm not one of her FB friends either.

my husband isn't a FB friend, but only because he's not interested in a FB account. But he's got access to my page, and he seems to be cool with that. And several of my friends have their spouses on as THEIR friends, so I just thought it was odd that this guy said his wife wasn't one of his friends.

makes me wonder if he's up to something. Especially with the fact that he finds it okay to have his ex-squeeze as a friend, but not necessarily his wife
