Now I haven't texted her but then it dawned on me... you can tell if someone has read your message or not. I guess that sorta counts as breaking NC? I mean she knows I read the message, but so far I'm ignoring it. I wonder what happened to "You disgust most people that know you" and other little gems thrown my way during the break-up. I mean, she said some horrible things to me. Why in the world would I want to talk to someone that was so vicious? Moving on is difficult enough without her chiming in every so often. I've asked her to stop contacting me long ago. "Have a nice life...." and so on. The problem is that it's a little complicated. I'm getting over 2 people. Her, and my ex-best friend that is presumably still living with her. It's a matter of having dumped 2 people instead of just one... so one or both still "miss" me. It took me long enough to accept that I'm done with it. They really need to do the same.
