I married my wife out of pity. She is from India and she needed a marriage not just to say here in American, but to get her whole life back. She is 20 years older than me, and after 3 years of marriage I decided I don't want to have kids with her. So, I left. However, she e-mails me begging me to come back because her mom will die when she hears the news, and she is really taking it hard. It just brakes my heart, all I wanted to do was help this women, and now she just won't except the fact that I don't want to have kids with her. Read my other Thread for the whole story.

Based on your other thread....the kindest thing you can do to this woman is end your marriage to her. It is a shallow, cruel sham.

It will definitely be hard for her for a while, but she doesn't deserve a life sentence as your wife, and no kid should be born into this train wreck.

#1 to what SoulMate said. One question though, how would your ending the marriage affect her citizenship? Curious is all.

Assuming every step up to this point was legal she will probably be okay with Immigration. With her being 20 years younger they may have had a tougher interview then most when she initially adjusted her status.

If she has Green Card, she does not need to be married to him to get her citizenship.

She used you once (20 years older and married for green card), and is using you again (mother will die).

Lets see what the knight in shining armor will do next ....
