BrettEARoboch Posted November 27, 2009 Posted November 27, 2009 im a really jealous man, and i keep having this irracional thoughts, i know she loves me and she will be faithfull to me, but i just cant stop thinkin about stuff what can i do? man i know exactly how you feel. if you read my post its the same thing. everything your currently thinking about with this girl, all of those invalid irrational thoughts are based on some well sized trust issues with people. you could probably trace it all the way back to when you were born. were your parents together? if not you may not really feel like love is okay to experience. among other things. my advice is easy to say, but from personal experience, it can be very hard to do. regardless you should try to relax, accept that you have these feelings, confront those feelings eventually and think about how you would like things to go. you may notice that all of these negative thoughts are making your worst nightmares come true eventually. you will subconsiously push her away with your walls if you stick to negative thoughts. not that its "the law of the universe" or "the law of attraction" or anything, but it is very factual that if you keep on this track you will become mentally exhausted and the only thing you would have accomplished are the opposites of your goals. basically its only changing those thought patterns. take some time for yourself and get it straight that you do not want to behave like this, and make a serious conscious effort to change the way you are thinking about this,,, good luck to you bro and i hope this helps a bit.
