The problem is that the average American woman has become so obese that what was once considered normal has now become 'skinny'. It is most certainly NOT normal for a woman to have so much fatty tissue that her ribs and shoulder blades are no longer visible.

so, to look good, one *must* be obnoxiously skinny? And look like porn stars? Get real – women come in all different shapes and sizes, and being heavier doesn't necessarily equate to being ugly. Hell, Delta Burke comes to mind, and she's incredibly gorgeous.

you're doing a fantastic job promoting body dysmorphic disorder, dude.

It makes me just want to punch a fattie in the face and steal her milkshake. This is a cause I can stand for.

gee, Shadow – what makes you think I even drink milkshakes? However, if I did, and you were in my town, I'd offer it to you because that's what hospitable Southern women do. Then I'd take you behind the barn and work you over for threatening to punch me in the face, because that's what a mamacita would do when treated with disrespect :rolleyes:

Quankanne, my post was sarcastic and meant to mock Johnny.

I wish the mods would lock these kinds of threads. It's so clear they are pure troll bait. Maybe they're too busy deleting my posts in the "New and Improved Off-Topic Posting...2009...READ FIRST POST CAREFULLY!!!" thread. ;)

So you're on a personal crusade to shake all the fatties of America out of their self-deluded stupor? I don't blame you. It's astounding to me that overweight women would be walking around proud of their bodies. It makes me just want to punch a fattie in the face and steal her milkshake. This is a cause I can stand for.

:laugh::laugh::laugh:

That said, I actually feel this way sometimes :o:o:lmao:

No, not obnoxiously skinny. Just naturally slender. And the only people who find Delta Burke 'incredibly gorgeous' are chubby chasers and fellow fat women.

No, I'm not. Being fat is neither natural nor healthy. Obesity is a self-inflicted disease and people suffering from it should very much be concerned about their bodies. In fact, YOU are the one promoting a disorder, namely the idea that being obese is somehow normal. Like I stated previously, travel outside the junk food guzzling USA if you want to see what a normal human physique looks like.

As a man that is very attracted to women with a curvy body shape I can attest that this is something found in women of all backgrounds.

I am Latino...and my sisters definitely have some curves...but then again some don't. Also, the curviest lady I ever had the pleasure to date was white.

Rather ironic that you accuse somebody of ignorance when you don't even know what the word 'Caucasian' means. Italians are Caucasian, as are some Cubans and other Latinos.

Lol easy bud. I wasn't saying they aren't causcasian, I was stating what I was, and what people usually think I am. The whole point of my post was exactly that - you can't decifer someon's ethnicity from looking at them.

:) that's why I put rolly-eyes on my response!

'sides, I know you don't want to punch an old lady in her face, milkshake or no :p

Salma Hayek is curvy? Maybe we have a different defination of curvyness then because of all the pictures of her that I've just seen she looks skinny to me.

hate to break your bubble, but not that many people have attractive, "naturally" slender bodies. I guarantee that when I get down to my goal weight, I'm still going to be incredibly curvy, not "naturally slender." Because *that* is my genetic makeup as a Hispanic woman. Curves. I couldn't look like the kind of women you purport to be attractive unless I went under the knife for serious cosmetic surgery. I don't have problems with the body God gave me; why should you when you aren't living my life?

I realize fat isn't healthy, but neither is your attitude, my dear ... bless your heart, you're just not living in reality, are you?

Okay, I'm going to repeat this for the third time: go travel outside of North America. Most women in the world are naturally slender. And yes, it includes women living in Latin America (but obviously NOT Latino women living in the U.S.)

does your round-up of women who are past first blush? Or merely teens and coeds? Regardless of what part of the continent they live on ...

. bless your heart, you're just not living in reality, are you?

That would be quite painful for a guy like him.
