I am sat here shaking as I blocked him. He only used it to contact me after the split. I have been strictly NC since he went on a holiday/work trip to australia last wednesday with his new g/f. It has thrown me in a tailspin. I feel sick. I am shaking. andI am in a state. **** how can I still feel this crap????? I was doing quite well in balance till this now i am back to square one. How can he worm back onto MSN when I deleted him and blocked him??? Not fair. I know i will launch at him if he tries to contact me I dont want to do that because i am still financially dependant on him. dunno what to do.agggggghhh. Link to post Share on other sites

I know i will launch at him if he tries to contact me If you deleted and blocked him correctly he would not come up on your msn and he wouldnt see you online on his. Delete and block him properly. Right click his name - Block Contact Right click his name again - Delete Contact Complete NC - No more feeling like this. Link to post Share on other sites
