If a guy winks at a woman it definatley means he's interested, but is it exactly the same when a woman does it to a guy?

Nahh... some men and women it's almost an habit to wink for no reason.. I am one of those.. It's just some kind of 'tick' I guess... doesn't mean anything really, or maybe it's the same as a smile.. nothing more, nothing less...

 

but if the person winks, smile and holds the 'stare' for a few seconds... then yes..that's a flirt..

Might be only for flirting. If we were interested then my guess is we would start some talking and probably get his number as well...

Depends how she did it. If she lingered, and grinned, then could be. If it was quick and hurried, may have been a twitch. Just ask her out if you like her :)

I totally agree with this. I think a "slow" wink also indicates a flirt.
