adamt Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 i'm 5ft 11 and I was about 182 lbs before my break up. i didnt hardly eat for a couple of weeks. at this time i didnt notice i had lost weight. i joined a gym to get me through a hard break up. i then lost more weight and now down to 161lbs. that includes cardio and resistance workout and i've toned up and put muscle on. everyone sees i have lost weight and look better. saw a friend for the first for 9 months and he couldnot believe how well i look. after losing my appetite before going to the gym i used it to sort out my diet and eat healthy
D-Lish Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 I lost 50 lbs quickly during my break up/divorce. I am 5'7" and I went from 155 to 105 (lbs). I think it has so much to do with adreneline and metabolism. I was so stressed I couldn't eat or sleep- I got so skinny. I am now around 120lbs. I swear my eating and other patterns are the same, but when I was upset, the weight just fell off.
