gypsi Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 her bday is next week, she never bothered to text or phone me on mine. Should i send her a text on her's or would it just make me look weak and like i am still missing her?
ATR Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 would it just make me look weak and like i am still missing her? Yes it will, nothing will come out of texting her your 'best wishes'. NC is the only way forward.
mickleb Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 Why would you do that? It makes no sense! She dumped your ass and didn't bother to acknowledge your birthday but you're thinking of saying ''hiya!''? Please don't. Why don't you give yourself a present on her birthday? Much better plan.
Thebob Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 When my ex wished me a happy-bday I was in utter shock. I told her to stop talking to me until she comes back home in the summer time, and we only talked prolly 2 or 3 times since 2 months and 10 days ago but they were little chats nothing that can break NC. I gave her credit for having the balls to do that, but she did, then 3 days later she had a new boyfriend officially so I thought that was a little effed up. She was like, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! oh btw how are you doing? it was like she forgot to ask me how I was doing. So I just responded, " Thanks for the birthday wishes, and I am just doing my own thing now." and left it at that. Then I posted a ton of photos of girls all over me which I think sparked her to get in to the relationship that is going to fail. She'll contact me in the summer time, I just know it cause she is a dirty little hoe that has had sex with 4 different guys in 6-7 months. Anyways don't do it, let her talk to you first. Thebob
mmk1 Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 Take your cue from how she treated your birthday. She knows you know her birthday and will get the message. Your message would make you look weak and needy. Do something special for yourself or someone else who would actually appreciate it!
Devil Inside Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 Gypsi I think you have answered your own question here. Birthdays and anniversaries are common times for people to break down and break NC...so don't be typical...the day will be hard, but maintain NC.
