SuburbanOblivion Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 SO got word today, his divorce is final!!!!!! :bunny: I had my hearing on Nov 5th for mine, still waiting on the papers to get here. Should be literally any day now. We both filed 18 months ago, so it's been a looooooong wait. Even once they are both done we both need to get more financially settled before we'll be able to start the K-1 visa process, but this is a big step to that out of the way. Happy day!!

I am flying in there Friday AM, my SO is picking me up, and we are leaving to drive back to New Jersey where he will be permanently residing His divorced was finalized last month, mine in the works as well. Must be something in the Alabama water - ROLL TIDE! PS: CONGRATULATIONS!
