b52s Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 I would have to say I don't doubt this one bit, but I came across a small forum that has members that are a bit overly narcissistic about their abilities...and that "non-dancers" don't understand that they make better lovers in the bedroom. Not sure why would a dancer would assume this, but I have no doubt that dancers would more than likely be better lovers, right? Of course, I was the same person that posted about the woman who took issue with a guy that went out with her on a date that couldn't dance as well as she does. I think some of these "hobbies" become unhealthy obsessions.
Bejita463 Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 I would have to say I don't doubt this one bit, I would have to say I do. Ludicrous.
The Way I Am Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 One thing is certain, they do make better dance partners. And that certainly doesn't hurt when you're trying to get a girl into bed. But once they're there... I dated a salsa instructor in college. His skills were pretty average, that's to say, nothing I would rave about but not disappointing either. Generally about the same as other men I've dated who weren't dancers.
A O Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Not sure why would a dancer would assume this, but I have no doubt that dancers would more than likely be better lovers, right? Natural dancers maybe, those that have learnt certain styles, not necessarily so. Its about rhythm, and if it comes naturally, then chances are, you'll do OK. .
Author b52s Posted November 18, 2009 Author Posted November 18, 2009 I was reading their top 10 reasons to "Get with a dancer" 1. We know all the positions. 2. We have perfect technique, good rhythm, and good hip rotation. 3. We're used to having bruises on our knees. 4. We're used to performing in minimal amounts of clothing. 5. We're perfectionists;we'll keep going until we hit it. 6. We know how to shake it like no other! 7. After a quick intermission we're ready to go at it again. 8. We don't mind getting hot and sweaty. 9. We're not as delicate and fragile as we seem. 10. Flexibility, and LOTS of it Someone commented on this as well: also...even within the dancing community...i can see who the better lovers will be amongst the dancers... men...how they treat their partner when they are dancing with her women..how they move with their partner...do they flow with him or fight his lead. I love this list! As stated here....this person is implying that even among the actual DANCERS, you can tell who are great lovers and who are not....so I guess this suggests even SOME dancers aren't great lovers....even though they know how to dance well. I guess it depends on HOW you see them doing it?
VeveCakes Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 well the best I ever had was a National Dance Champion in Cuba, so I'm going to have to say I agree...maybe? It's the rhythm, the movement...but most of all - the passion.
jerseyboy Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 It's the rhythm, the movement...but most of all - the passion. Agree. Passionate personalities are attracted to certain activities. Its not that dancing ability equals more sensual, but that more sensual people tend to like dancing more.
