I have found an author that is truly able to put into words what I never could about how I lived with someone who abused me.

For all those out there who have lived with someone they suspected was narcissistic, had borderline personality disorder or a is sociopath or a combination of all.

Please look for books by Richard Skerritt, or Richard 21CP.

This is not a troll. I am a real person who thought I was going crazy. I finally found the courage to leave, but at a huge cost to my personal self worth. Finding these books, has not only helped my understand why he would act, say or do the things he would, but why I always thought it was my fault somehow. They have also helped me recognize these traits in people as to stay far, far away from toxic people.

I personally feel that it sometimes helps to understand the behaviors of the ones hurting us in order to allow ourselves to step out of the box...even if just for a few minutes....to see things from a different point of view....for the sake and sole purpose of saving our own self worth. It helps me to know that the actions HE/SHE CHOOSES to do and behaviors HE/SHE CHOOSES to act out on are all on HIM/HER and have and had nothing to do with me/us or anything i/we did. We tend to take on and take over other peoples responsibilities for them and question why they are out to hurt us? It has all to do with them and their ROOT buried problems. Having and knowing this knowledge and understanding isnt to save them or make excuses for their behaviors....it is to save ourselves. Thank you for sharing and i think it would be a good read to check out.
