HeavenOrHell Posted November 12, 2009 Posted November 12, 2009 This sounds tough but things won't change unless you get out there and change them, I am having to do this to build my life up again and as I said before it's not easy as I have social phobia, mild agoraphobia, so if I can do it anyone can!! Fulfilling, interesting lives don't just happen you have to MAKE them happen. And, if in the process your ex happens to see how busy and happy you are well that's an added bonus!! Just do it for yourself though and NOT with a view to getting back with her. signed...

GrayClouds Posted November 12, 2009 Posted November 12, 2009 ugh this pity party **** has to stop. Actually it does not. It can last a whole life time if you like. Or just a few year is that is to much commitment. Or even a few months if it's your preference.

LuckyYou Posted November 12, 2009 Posted November 12, 2009 Listen to some good tunes. That always helps lift my mood when I'm feeling down. (Nothing depressing!)

I jest I am looking forward to the sunny day one, however.... Very Good:laugh: It is problematic, I pick then name without consideration on long term consequences. Though if you look close enough, you can see a ray of light coming through...so depending on your disposition it can be seen as optimistic or pessimistic, its your own personal Rorschach test, or virtual mood ring.
