She came up with the idea of me staying overnight at her place, and spending the next day together. Any suggestions what that means? We have'nt had sex, because she didn't want to rush things, which I respect, finally a woman with morals. We have kissed alot, which has been great. So, I don't want to assume anything here, but does that mean she wants to sleep with me if she asks to stay over or maybe I just have to see how things play out later in the evening?

After four dates you don't know much about her or her morals. Don't assume anything. Just go have fun. And keep yourself clean and groomed, just in case the fourth date is when she decides to throw her moral facade out the window.

Of course, you won't know for sure until you actually stay over.... but I don't think I'd be asking a guy to stay night unless I anticipated at least the strong possibility of something more happening. In any case, I'd be ready for it! =)

If it's been incredibly flirty and sexual, obviating other forms of connection, I'd see it as an invitation to the ball However, if you've been dating and getting to know one another primarily in other ways, mindful of the chemistry being there, I'd be a bit more circumspect and not make assumptions. Push the physical envelope a bit with more body contact and extended kissing and feel how she responds. Trust that a woman, most women, know how to communicate to a man that she desires sex with him. IMO, there's no rush. I spent my first LD overnight on the sofa and still got married to the person. It was only one night....
