If a guy is preoccupied with whether his woman orgasms, he can get distracted and it will make for some terrible sex. Just bang her and if you want to broach the subject, ask her how she likes it best or what her fantasies are (rather than meekly asking, "did you come?"). It's been my experience that the more you objectify and dominate a woman during sex, the more turned on she is. There's a time and a place for gentle sex, but most women want to be grabbed, pulled, and some even lightly choked. All of this within a safe and trusting context, of course. It helps to talk dirty and tell her what you're going to do. Just be careful and know what's within her personal limits.

If she's a bad faker, she's inexperienced or just needs more time with you. But like you said, either way she's getting a raw deal, and you guys could help by letting her know that it would be okay with you if she "helps things along." A woman might feel uncomfortable at first or think she's insulting you when she does that.

Some women the legs shake uncontrollably.. some women cry.. It isn't like when a guy orgasms.. so why even try and comapre the ability to tell ? Can a woman fake them sure.. I can also tell you that I have known many times that a woman has faked one.. many times it is easier to tell if they faked one then to tell if it was real.. People have tells when they lie.. if you are involved deeply with someone you might be able to pick up when she lied about having one by one of her tells.. All Voodoo though..
