Slainte Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 For the past year I've been trying to lose weight from 123kg to 90kg, but have become stuck and fluctuate between 117kg to 113kg due to "falling off the wagon" or losing my motivation and returning to bad eating habits. I'm wondering are there any tricks or tips I can use to get my original motivation back and put that initial effort back into my exercise program?
