Because first off it would be weird! sex to me is an intiamte relations. I have sex with guys I like a lot or love. Some people have sex with others just to have sex. Its is pleasure full but if it was nothing like lets just sleep together it would be like that everywhere which its not. We were clothes because our naken body is ours and we dont just want anyone to see it. So I would think about it,\ Do you have feelings for this girl beside Just Friends if you do then I wouldn't because then you will get hurt.
