This month brings alot of pain and good how do i block it out

On this month will now make a year since my ex of 3 years left me which is bad enough.I just found out she had a baby 2 days ago which makes it even worse.To top it off my current gfs birthday is tomorrow so anyway i can just block out this month when so much in the first week brings me pain.
