I've been dating a guy for nearly 5 months. It's long distance until I move close in 6 weeks. He knows I only like to have sexual intercourse in a real exclusive relationship. He has been so respectful that I started to think it was weird though that I would sleep over the last few dates and he wouldn't ever try to touch me below the waist.

He kept joking he was preserving my innocence because I seem pure ( meanwhile I had given oral sex.) I decided to finally broach the subject boldly after I lay in bed craving his touch the 5th time in a row.

I told him since I gave him oral the purity protection was out the window

Finally he then touched me this weekend and it was actually awesome. He just used his hands but I was so glowing and happy when he was done.

It made me blink a bit though when he referred to my vagina and parts as my cooter. huh who says that ?

Anyway, I complimented him a few times during the day.

Finally though he acted uncomfortable and said now I would be all preoccupied with him and he joked maybe he shouldn't have "put out" for me because I seem so smitten suddenly.

That kind of upset me.

um i nearly had a stroke... I tapped him and repeated what he said and asked him he thought that. He said half awake, no cooches are good".

How incredibly freaky and weird! I felt depressed falling asleep since he had just finally touched me the day before.

I couldn't help bring it up a couple of times and teasing him his morning. He got kind of annoyed and said I was dreaming that (I wasnt.)

I feel weirded out by him saying that. Am I overreacting?

And now he has acted very distant all day... usually on the monday after i see him he sends texts during the day.

instead he just commented on a photo I posted of him on facebook.

One reason it disturbs me is that although he has had several girlfriends and is 35 and has slept with about 40-50 women since age 21 (he only told me this last night because I decided I wanted to know)

he does brings up stuff about gay men a lot. He says he got to know a lot because his best friend's brother in law is a gay man with a husband

he brings up stuff about gay guys often. It's just unusual.

2 years ago he got a calf massage at a party and thought it was ;funny; it was a frustrated gay massage therapist with a 'foot fetish"

he has joked why can't he have husband to take care of him

he said he could be the 'top' because that's 'less gay'

he told his sister and me how a gay bartender has a crush on him and threw 'ice cubes at his junk' when he was trying to watch a football game at a bar.

I think sleeping with more than 40 people in the span of 10 years is enough to raise an alarm.

And 5 of those 11 years he was in 3 long term relationships which is good

because that makes me think he may just be straight and im overreacting OR

it's bad because he slept with more than 40 chicks in 6 years. He said he lost count after 40 but it isnt more than 50.

his best friend has been married for 4 years but before than apparently slept with 200 plus women so that's the bad influence perhaps.

He wasn't messing with me.

He had plenty of wine to drink before bed but I was dumb and drank a diet coke. So I was wide awake still when he rolled over and said in a heavy sleepy (but clear ) voice that cooches are disgusting.

It was the sound of exasperation that weirded me out. And then when I tapped him and asked what he said he was half awake.

He doesnt recall any of it and as been acting very distant since then. He always asks how I am when we're apart and calls me every night.

No call last night. He just texted an abrupt 'ok nite'

He has acted very desiring of me, we kiss a lot, hold hands, he's playful flirting with me so it's not like Im pining for a man who didnt show interest.

Him acting with way and saying that is incredibly depressing.

We had a great time otherwise.

well I think I'm guilty of the same thing.

I should disclose that he and I were friends for a year before dating (I had a boyfriend at the time)

Looking back a couple of my exbf's saw photos of him and said he 'looked gay'

I just discounted their words as jealous.

But it's weird. He is tall wellbuilt, in shape but still has a bit of pudge. I dont know WHAT these 2 different exes who didnt know each other meant.

But I think I;m in denial because we have a lot of fun and do flirt so it hurts my brain to think he's sexually in the closet.

And I have this horror that telling him what I heard while he wasbarely lucid may have freaked him out too at some level.

Then I think you have your answer! There is no reason to feel like your privates are gross, disgusting, etc, even if he did say it in his sleep (which, by the way, I think is passive aggressive BS). You know from experience that you can be with someone who makes you feel beautiful and special.

And honestly, oral isn't my absolute favourite either, but it's flattering to have a partner do it anyways because that means that they find you beautiful, delicious, desirable, and sexy, as they should!

1st thing that concerns me is the lack of respect he had for you that night, drinking, sleepy, whatever. Hearing that a vagina is disgusting from a man that just touched you, is really hurtful, I know that and I don't even have one. That's just something you don't say.

If you're really trying hard to convince yourself and everyone around you that you're 100% straight, what do you do? you have LOTS of sex with the opposite sex, just in case anyone was in doubt, there is the proof. you cant possibly be gay to have had that many women.

The strangest thing, and I think the most obvious point that been overlooked is that he has actually made excuses so as not to have sex with you.
