Should I go see her?

Theres this girl, we used to be very close and like each other, but eventually she told me that she wanted to see other people and she didnt like me the same anymore.

 

Since i've known her, everytime if tried to make plans with her, shes either said she was busy, she'd see, or said yes and then cancelled. So the only times i actually saw her was when she made plans with me.

 

For the past few months ive been trying to make her jealous by mentioning all these other girls, not contacting her, etc, but everytime she asked me to meet up with her I did, and we basically would just hookup and thats it everytime. However, we havent seen each other for about 2 months, because she hasnet asked.

 

Last night, she asked what i was doing tonight (friday) and said that she would be in the neighborhood to hangout with one of her friends, and asked if I wanted to meetup with her afterwards. Now, my head is telling me NOT to because I feel like i should try to play hard to get sort of, because she's the kind of girl that likes to obsess and chase guys.

 

However, I miss her so much and really want to see her. Over the past few months ive started going to the gym regularly and pretty much just bettering myself, so part of me is telling me to go meet her to show her what shes missing.

 

I dont know why, but im crazy about this girl. Do you think that I should play hard to get and tell her that im busy? or meet with her andbasically just hookup? What do you think will help better my chances.
