I have a question about weights and arms. I'm wanting to tone my arms and shoulder area but not sure what arm

 

exercises help to do this or how many reps with how much weight? Could someone give me any ideas?

To the point.

Sholder presses with light weights and high reps .(not too light though)

Arms,bicep, curls with e-z bar light weights and high reps.

Arms,tricep, dips with bodyweight.
