VASH THE STAMPEDE Posted December 6, 2003 Posted December 6, 2003 To the point. Sholder presses with light weights and high reps .(not too light though) Arms,bicep, curls with e-z bar light weights and high reps. Arms,tricep, dips with bodyweight.
