Ok to answer a few things. No you shouldn't be having sex yet, you both are very immature. You spend all your time fighting other people, apparantly kissing other people (which is cheating), and worrying about sex.

 

If her reason for wanting sex is an itch in her vagina she should have that looked at by a doctor. If it is just an excuse to have sex then she may have had some past sexual abuse.

 

My suggestion is that you both take a step back and get your lives on track because with your disregard of school and immaturity you are not going to go very far in life.
