In a nut shell my ex used, abused me, dumped me. I returned some gifts to her and have been NC for 3 months. Some mail arrived the other day for her, so I wrote please send to new address, put her address on it and posted it. One of my friends told me that (in an indirect way) what I did was send a message to her that all is OK between us? IS that true? She hurt me so much (and if somebody hurts you that much you have NC), but I thought I would do the right thing and send it. advice and opinions welcome.

I dont think you have shown her that everything is OK, like you said you did the RIGHT thing. If you hadnt sent her her mail it would have been seen as you were punishing her. Fair enough she has hurt you but you are being the better person.
