A girl is confusing me.

A few days ago, on Friday night, I met this girl at a club. She was with a guy friend of mine (they aren't dating), and we slowly started to chat. At first she was a bit ****** because she thought I was going to spill my drink on her even though I wasn't. I ignored her and at the end of the night she entered in her number in my phone and took down my phone number.

 

Within an hour or so I got a few text messages from about random stuff she was doing (nothing important).

 

The next morning I got a few more messages from her, such as her asking me what my name was. I answered a few of them and by the end of the night she texted me around 30 to 40 times. Most of them about general stuff like what I was doing that night. Out of all of those messages 1 was a bit rude because I wasn't answering her back right away... and because of that I was slow on responding more of her messages and I even gave her a bit **** for giving me **** about being slow to respond.

 

To make a long story short, that night she texted me if I wanted to go to a yoga class next morning and I said I would.

 

She picked me up the next morning and as we were driving to the yoga class she naturally mentioned that she had a boyfriend and that she was living with him.

 

We had a decent time at the yoga class and after she told me that I should join her gym so that we could work out together. I told her I highly doubt I would because I already had 2 gym memberships. She then took me out for some coffee. She asked me what I was doing for the rest of the day and I said a bit of work. She then mentioned how she was going to do lunch with her boyfriend and then drinks with a friend. Then after that her plans were to walk her dogs and she invited me to join her.

 

So I met up with her that night and we ended up walking her dogs for 3 or 4 hours. As we were walking she asked me why I didn't have a girl friend and I explained how I haven't met anyone that I wanted to be in a relationship with or was smart enough to be around my friends. She right away assumed that I normally date air heads and I said I do. She was a bit shocked that I was honest, but that didn't bother me.

 

We also chit chatted about other random stuff and she mentioned how she wanted to start taking some salsa dancing classes with me, or go to the theater with me. I then mentioned that I may or may not be interested in doing those things.

 

At one point she and I stopped at my new apartment because she wanted to check it out (I haven't moved in yet). She asked if she could leave her hat in my place and I said sure, although she could have put it in her big jacket. She also said she wanted to cook a meal for me when I move in and I said I would consider it.

 

At one point she even tried to give me a piggyback ride because she thought I was light, but it didn't go so well for her.

 

So overall we laughed and had some fun.

 

When I got home, she texted me how she had a "nice time" and as usual I ignored her text message. She texted an hour later with an "!" mark. I responded in the morning with a smart *** remark. It didn't stop her for texting me and she still continues to keep on texting me.

 

So, what I am trying to figure out is, what is she trying to do? She knows that I don't have a girlfriend and that she has a boyfriend. I am totally lost on what she is trying to do? I she trying to leave her boyfriend? Is she trying to double dip?

 

I am pretty sure her boyfriend will figure something is up sooner or later if she keeps on going out with me when she is living with him.

One thing she brought up when I told her I was moving was that she had nothing that was of hers in her boyfriends place. All she had was her clothes and dogs.

 

But I could be reading into it too much.

If you want to share her with her boyfriend, and be second string then have at it. But, if her BF finds out, it could be very detrimental to your physical well being.

 

You need to talk to her and let her know you would enjoy her company, but cannot if she's in a relationship with someone else. It's doesn't say much for her character if she's running around with you, and then also has a BF. You can do better.
