Dark auburn hair, blue to green eyes, pale skin and full lips, heart shaped derriere, proportionate perky boobies, sweet smart and sassy! Yeeesh, sounds like my ex wife.. LOL... CaliGuy Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 1. How many of you have a "type" -based SOLELY on physical appearance, NOT personality traits? Not me. I need the entire package. 2. What is your type? Physically?! In shape. I don't find obesity attractive. Nothing personal against it, I just don't find it appealing to me. Personality?! Intelligent, funny, easy-going, no drama. 3. Why do you think some people have "types" and some people don't? Because certain people find certain traits (physical or personality) attractive. It's no different than someone saying they love chocolate and hate vanilla. The next person can love vanilla and hate chocolate. It's just personal preferences and nothing more -- and the main reason why rejection doesn't bother me. Just rough estimates but I am well aware that 20% of the people I meet are going to like me, 20% aren't going to like me and the other 60% are on the fence. They could go either way. The sooner you realize that not everyone is going to be interested in you, the sooner you can focus on the ones who are.

tigressA Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 If I had to pick something that my 3 ex-boyfriends have in common physically it would be that they're all fair-skinned, with cleft chins. I didn't notice the cleft thing until recently. Everything else like eye color, hair color, height, is all over the map. I've always had a thing for redheaded guys. Two guys I was in an FWB situation with both had bright red hair. The first one wasn't what you'd call conventionally attractive in the face (one of his eyebrows was completely gray, very quirky) but he was tall with a runner's body, and he was the best I've ever had in bed. So far I haven't met a redhead that I would want to date. Maybe that will change.
clv0116 Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 I never had a type if you look at my full dating history, but if you limit it to the last 5 years then they are all small, brunette, and under 30 years old. Many are Asian.
bluewolf17 Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 I don't remember who said it on this thread, but I agree 100% that I am attracted to men who remind me of my father (lookswise and personality) because I have a great relationship with him and I'm a daddys girl. That being said Brown hair (medium brown) Green or brown eyes cute face (round baby faces) Nice teeth and full lips medium "round nose" (not pointed or beaked) medum build/stocky short (under 5"8) nice strong hands when my current boyfriend met my dad, they laughed about how they looked alike. My mom couldn't beleive how handsome my bf was. Lol.
