Hi I currently work part time in a nursing home as an assistant chef, while sweeping the kitchen floor one of the carers came into the kitchen in a mood because one of the residents kept asking for a drink and followed her to the kitchen and stood at the door, she kept saying things like "GET OUT OF MY FACE WILL YOU!!!! I'VE HAD ENOUGH!!! YOU'RE DOING MY HEAD IN!! GO AWAY!!!!!!" repeatedly so I was like "hey all he wanted was a drink" and made him a drink and that was the end, but the next morning I found out she had phoned the police later on into her shift because a resident was "being violent" and the man who she accused of being violent was in a wheelchair, he's in a wheelchair what can he do??? she phoned the police and told them he was going to kill her.

So while we were all outside on our break talking about it me and another worker, then the manager comes out and joins in the conversation, I hadn't told anyone about the situation that happened in the kitchen so I thought I'd tell them, and the manager was like "Well why didn't you report it??? Well you have now anyway" I'm not one to grass or tell on people so I just let it go.

So the lady turns up to work only to be told she's suspended for a week and to add to it while waiting for the bus, the bus stop is opposite the workplace the bus drove straight past her TWICE!!! I know it's her fault for doing what she did but I still can't help to feel abit bad for it lol.
