The plan was: both of us were playing in a sporting event, and we would hang out afterward. My problem was I had to open at work that day (which would have been the whole of the tournament and into the evening). To make it out, I had to trade my open for a closing shift (so I had to work well into the night). I was at the tournament - he slept in! He did, however, show up for the end of the tournament, and because we had said we'd hang out afterwards, we did so - which went really well! I had work in the evening however, and our plans were cut quite short. I texted him after I left, apologising again for having work. He said we should hang out another time soon. I went to work, and then this morning texted him - and havn't heard back. I'm sure he'll get back to me... eventually... but I'm kind of tired of his half-assed antics. He may be shy - or he may just be lazy. Either way... I don't really care. The reason I'm writing this post is because: last weekend I went to a tournament out of town and drove down with a guy I've known for ages... and just happens to be one of my ONS's very good friends (and teamate). Him and I really clicked! He also was at the tournament the ONS said he'd be at this weekend, and again, we clicked! I think there is a lot more chemistry between myself and this guy than there is the ONS... so my question comes in a few parts: -What is the etiquette for waiting on the ONS to get back to me? His actions through message/text/and seeing him suggest he likes me, but his slowness makes me think its not worth it. I'm not opposed to waiting a bit longer - but if I can move on to the next cute guy, why not? -Should I wait on starting things up with the other guy? I wouldn't normally I suppose, except in this situation I feel it would be a little bit... flakey of me to move from one guy on a team to another. Its just the the other guy and I really do connect well! AHHH. Sorry I post this crap up here... I just need to write I guess so I can mentally move on to other things (like assignments for my classes!)
