SoConfused Posted November 27, 2003 Posted November 27, 2003 I met a guy and we immediately hit it off. So, we went out a couple of weeks ago and hit it off so well it was scary. He really seemed into me and I really really like him. He lives over an hour away but said that didn't matter to him. Made me promise he could see me again. Things were going so well and then he went out of town for a week with work, called me when he got home and then left to go out of town for another week the very next day. He said he would call the next night before he left but I have not heard from him since. My friends say to kick him to the curb, but I am trying to be understanding because I realize he is very busy right now

Is there a particular reason why you want a guy who doesn't have the time for you? Don't you think it would be much nicer to have someone more available to you? Yeah, give him another chance but don't put your life on hold for this dude. His path is very much different that yours.

There are too many reasons as to why he may not have called. If he calls and you are free to go out....then certainly do so. Till then (and I'm agreeing with Tony).....dont' put your life on hold.
