I have a friend. I have known him for years. Lived next to him for several, and now live down the street from him. Oh, and I work with him. I don't really consider him a friend. I feel more like I'm stuck with him, and a few others. I dislike most of my friends. They are the most negative group of people I have ever met. The friend I work with is the worst of the lot. They all spend most of their time bitching about the things they hate or don't like. They complain about anything they can. They say the worst things about each other, God only knows what they say about me. The more I look at my life the more I see I don't like the people in it, save a few. The only problem is that the one's I dislike are the most engrained. I live with a couple and see the others on a daily basis. How does a person break free from this shyte. I've actully thought about selling my house just to get away from these people.

Increase the separation from negative friends - let them have their space and time to do such and let it be "their" time...

Find new friends by changing up your activities and routes so you don't see them repeatedly.
