Jexranger Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 Basically my ex broke up with me after a year because she felt I didn't trust her but I got over that and never doubted her trust again, I had been cheated on in past relationships and was insecure because of that, but she brought it up in a argument we had about her mother not liking me when she said I couldn't visit her because she wanted her to be ready for school which was two days after. We lived about 4 hours apart. Anyway, we broke up 5 weeks ago, I went NC without telling her for 3 weeks and today she IM'd me, asking why I hadn't been talking to her (apparently she's tried to IM me lots of times) so I told her I hadn't received anything, then she asked why I hadn't tried to make a conversation with her when she was online. So I told her she couldn't expect me to be the same way as I was before she broke up with me, which she replied "what talking to me?" then she told me to tell her straight if I didn't want talk to her again because I wasn't making any effort in contacting her. Then we started arguing and she said "Fine I'll make the decision for you, I'll never talk to you again, you don't deserve anyone good because of the way you are, bye!" then she signed off or blocked me. So I text her saying: "You know what (name) if you cared about me the slightest you'd give me time to get over you, I told you I'd probably need time alone and that I couldn't be friends with you yet because I'd always want more, you knew I was destroyed after the break up and you knew I wouldn't be able to resist talking to you! And when I stopped you didn't like it. Thanks for the closure." She replied: "The first thing I said if you want me to stay away from you and not talk for a couple of weeks!!! (The first thing she said was "Please don't ignore me or never talk to me again"), but you said it was the worst thing I could do!! So when you stopped talking to me for no apparent reason I was worried I had done something wrong. Atleast I have the decency to try where as you don't. I told you I'd always be here for you no matter what, its obvious you wont be there for me if you won't even say hello! So don't lecture me on being a bitch when you are just as bad as me." The last time we spoke before today she was at a friends house and signed on MSN we didn't talk much because she was hanging out with her friend which is fine, then she signed off without saying bye. But today she said her friends laptop switched off, so why didn't she have the decency to text me and say that? If you've bothered to read this far thanks a lot. And please give advice on what to do next. I want to get back with this girl but I really cannot be friends with her till I'm over her, that's even if she wants to be friends any more.
jaybird1043 Posted September 24, 2009 Posted September 24, 2009 Pick up your balls and walk away! she if playing with your head, go back to NC and move on. You owe her nothing, not even an explanation. She does not respect and will not after she sees how you are wrapped around her finger.
