tkgirl Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 I've been dating for a while, with good results overall but I hadn't been able to find someone I could date exclusively. Until now. For some grace of fortune I ended up setting up two first dates within 2 days of each other thinking "I'm bound to like one of them and hopefully one of them will like me". Wrong, I LOVED both of them and both of them loved me. The pickle was this, on the one hand, the environmentally friendly sex goddess with the body of a 10. great ( and I do mean GREAT) sense of humor that has on occasion left me nauseous from laughing so hard. on the other hand, the other woman is the brilliant doctor, the blue unicorn that every guy wants to date, very feminine, but at the same time owns and rides her own bike, loves video games and sci-fi. In many ways I would be so bold as to call her my soulmate. And both these women are crazy about me. I've made my decision and I'm going the distance with my soulmate, haven't had sex with her yet but we're already "steady" and I'm hoping we'll get along in bed as well as everywhere else. It's killing me telling the sex goddess (can anyone say 45-min bj?) that I'm going to be exclusive with someone else but I can't in good conscience do anything else. So, grrrr and YAY! Kind of wish bigamy was socially accepted. 45 minutes??!!! it took you that long to...? geez, maybe you're doin' miss sex goodess a favor.. and heads up to soulmate! :lmao: I'M KIDDING!!! everything else sounds awesome.. spread some of that luck this way!
justforfun Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 You're not kids, not by any stretch. You're a mature and thoughtful man. How's that then? 23rd September posted about having met two perfect women. Ended it sex goddess and had met your soul mate. 4th October you're in a 'serious committed relationship' with your soul mate. 23rd October still no sex but you're 'connected on another level'. Feel like telling her you love her. 1st November pissed off because you're not getting any sex. I'll keep an eye out for the next installment in the mini-series. 1

carhill Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 (edited) My opinion stems from reading Rod's postings on LS. One can be a mature and thoughtful man, and even an attractive man, as he is, and have lousy fortunes in relationships and dating. The fact that he shares the totality speaks volumes. FWIW, I'd say the same thing if it were, for example, Dreamer posting, as I've always found her posts and perspective insightful, even when in disagreement with my own. My only request for the OP is to post more. Where did you go? Oh, sex-goddess..... Edited November 1, 2009 by carhill
OpenBook Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 ... the environmentally friendly sex goddess with the body of a 10. great ( and I do mean GREAT) sense of humor that has on occasion left me nauseous from laughing so hard... ... the brilliant doctor, the blue unicorn that every guy wants to date, very feminine, but at the same time owns and rides her own bike, loves video games and sci-fi. In many ways I would be so bold as to call her my soulmate... I've made my decision and I'm going the distance with my soulmate, haven't had sex with her yet but we're already "steady" and I'm hoping we'll get along in bed as well as everywhere else... A classic example of why us women shouldn't bed you guys too soon. Once the mystery is gone and you "know" us in the Biblical sense - no matter how FABULOUS we are - you'll pick the one who didn't have sex with you. And you'll even go so far as consider her, the one who didn't give it up to you, the "blue unicorn" and your "soulmate"... regardless of any problems or incompatibilities that may be lurking below her surface. Mystery means EVERYTHING to a man. (Not knocking you personally, G-Rod, you deserve some good luck!! Just pointing out the obvious about men in general.) 1

The saga, aka my life, has continued..taking twists and turns along the way. You couldn't make it up! But this isn't the place/thread. I'll dig up the thread and add the next installment in my own mini-series.
dreamergrl Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 OK, I'll play. You're a fruit. Can I be candy?

carhill Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Yeah, that's Europe and Oz. I recall seeing some in Oz and thought they looked like M&M's, not to be confused with S&M's Rod must've gotten hungry

whichwayisup Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Let me ask you - Did you ever tell your soulmate about the sex goddess? If so, then your soulmate IS feeling inadquate and insecure, like she can't measure up. So, I just had a "date" with the sex goddess (we had made a date before I had made up my mind so I kept it). We had a great time and even though I was VERY tempted, I told her my decision, how I needed to be honest with her and that she should know what was going on. She told me to give her a call in a couple of weeks, I would like to remain in touch with her, since she is genuinely a nice girl but I honestly don't think it's going to happen. Huh, who knew? I must be growing. You CANNOT have a friendship with the sex goddess. Why keep intouch with someone who you had hot sex with? It isnt' fair to your current girlfriend. Anyway, glad to hear that you are closing that door..
