red shoes Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 I posted this earlier http://www.loveshack.org/forums/t202027/. One LS'er said the man could be married or in a situation he couldn't be seen doing the direct approach. My question in this thread is: don't married men or men with SOs have female friends too? Why the skirting around? I have male friends that are married.
serialdating Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 I am not married but I have been in long relationships and always had a couple of close female friends without any problems. Never been any "sexual tension" in those friendship either.

Or anything different from what you do with your close female friends?
serialdating Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 no, I don't think I would of change anything. These females friends are like sisters to me.
ReturnToSender Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 I have male friends, some Ive known since I was a teenager. They are simply that..friends. My bf has said that if given half a chance, theyd let on that they want to be more than friends, but I figure...if they felt that way, they would have taken that chance the many times Ive been single through the years. Of course when I ask him about his female friends...thats different..theyre the last thing on his radar as someone hed want to be with. Go figure eh? I think the whole idea that men and women cant simply be friends is silly. So..since Im bi- Im not to have any friends at all? Cmon now.
