Now have you ever herd of anything like this happening..a whole street doing it? I know for a fact becasue my boss has people come up to him and tell him this. I know where i am going to live now. Have you ever herd of this before?

Not my thing, personally, but if everyone's in agreement and they're not hurting anyone...
