I couldn't believe all the responses about her "fat" body and how old she looks. This is why many women are insecure. Sure, she could stand to lose a few pounds, but to me her body looks great for her age. She doesn't even have a trace of cellulite.

She looks fine for her age.

I wouldn't date her.

In terms of overall looks, women her age don't tend to look that good, so the first sentence has to be taken with that accounted for.

I wish I had those thighs, and I'm 24!

Please ignore those youtube comments, they are coming from fat sweaty 14 year old geeks sitting behind their computer, insulting someones appearance because they're insecure and it makes them feel better. They'll be sorely disappointed when they realise women don't have celebrity bodies.. I wouldn't want to be a teenager in this generation of teens.

I'm a curvy girl and I've finally learnt to block out all the noise, and just care about what my partner thinks of me.. that's what gives me confidence.

Trying to be nice about this, but if you're 24 and wish for thighs like that you're probably overweight and convincing yourself that it's not true isn't doing yourself any favors. Hit the treadmill and you'll be able to stop wishing.

 She has very toned, muscular thighs. Not having them doesn't equal being overweight.

All that woman needs is a new hair style.

She is wearing standard dance gear. The same gear as the instructors at dance schools wear, (some ladies even older than her) where I took a couple choreography classes a few years ago.

She has the body for it. In fact she has a better body than quite a few girls I went to high school with, had in their teens. Dancers are sturdy muscular people - not like the chicks who are so thin they pass out from standing up too fast.

As to why is she dancing that dance in the first place?

The steps are standard and she is obviously an instructor.

Do I look overweight in my avatar? I meant muscular wise, not size wise. Hit the off switch on the wise ass attitude and stop assuming.

I don't think she looks bad. She's not a glamour or anything though.

Jersey Shortie, aren't you bored of repeating the same stuff over and over and over and over and over and over and over again? Surely there are better things to do in New Jersey?

No, I clearly don't get bored of repeating the same stuff over and over...neither does the rest of the board of posters who talk about the same topics over and over themselves. But please continue to display your ignorance in pinpointing one poster of this "slight" when that's what this board is about..talking about things, discussing them, even if this same topic has come up before.

I just really don't understand the anaomisty towards the woman in the video. I mean, alot of guys complain when a woman isn't active or doesn't try to keep herself up. And here is a woman that is doing just that! WTF. I don't hear guys defaming other men that enjoy typical "young man" activities. You would pat him on the back and say "good for him" or say "he's young at heart". Alot of you guys sit around here patting each other on the back and tooting your own horns at how you get better with age and keep putting women down regularly for aging themselves. Well hey, I hope that makes you feel good to treat women with such little respect while you treat yourselves with an over whelming amount of it.

Here is a woman that is clearly physically active and infact, pretty attractive. A few of you are actually condeming a woman for actually being alive and doing something fun and being in shape. I guess there are alot of men out there just sitting there having a good laugh at us woman who dare try to live life past their 20s. Well too bad. I rather be alone and doing something I loved, healthy in shape. Then 20 years old and tied to a man that clearly had the opinions of women that alot of you do. Infact, there isn't one woman 20 or not, that wants tobe with that kind of man.

Basically, alot of the guys here just want to degrade and humilate a woman who isn't doing anything more then dancing. You are really doing well in representing yourselves here "Gentlemen".

Some of these comments are really ridiculous! She is teaching dance steps. To learn these steps, it is best that you can exactly how the dancer's body moves. You need to see which mucles are used in the dance steps and the clothes she wears help the viewer do that. As someone who is into dance and likes to learn differant dance steps, I hate it when you can't see what the instructor is doing because of the outfit she is wearing.

If I remember correctly, you're the creepy man who likes women to look kind of like children. You might want to keep the border line pediophile comments to yourself.

True. You have to have muscular thighs to do some of those moves.

If I remember correctly this is a personal attack. Does this look like a child to you? I assure you she's a full grown adult.

She's also really worried because she's packed on some weight and feels fat, and thought those pants made her ass look bad. The picture was to reassure her she's still sexy.

I'm sure she's quite muscular under the generous layer of fat she's also packing. As I said, she looks OK for her age.

It's hard to say since you shot it from the classic 'overhead slimming' angle women always use to try and look slimmer. If you want an honest unbiased opinion post a pic in a more straight on pose.

No need to get upset, I'm just saying that if someone is a fattie denial isn't the most constructive course to take. The woman in the video is probably very healthy but I find her heavier than is optimally appealing, as many older women are. If she were 24 I'd say she's a chubber but for her likely age, probably in her late-30s at least, she's reasonable looking.

EmmaLou, you look very lovely in your avatar. I just had to say that...not hitting on anybody, though I mentioned somewhere that I am just a tinge bi-curious...I am very entranced and enchanted with a particular man who outshines any man or woman I've ever "fancied" as ya'll in the UK would say..

But I have to say you look very very beautiful and not fat at ALL (hard to tell from the little picture and baggy shirt, but it's quite obvious you are a healthy weight...in fact you could be just slightly underweight or you could be slightly overweight it's hard to tell from the little pic, but it's obvious you are in a healthy range).

If you weren't beautiful in my particular opinion I'd probably say something nice anyway cause it's just so awful when someone makes a personal attack like that and no one comes to the person's defense (and I am sure even if you did gain a hundred pounds and had an ugly face you would still be a very lovely person-you seem like a nice girl), but since you do happen to be quite attractive I thought I might as well tell it like it is.

You look like a kind of dark beauty, even though you're a white girl like me, your hair is so dark, don't know if it's your natural color, but it suits you either way...kind of like a Fiona Apple/old movie star look..you remind me of some movie star too but I can't put my finger on it...but I'm sure you are also a unique beauty that doesn't look quite like anybody else.

For me she has a little bit of a Madeline Stowe (sp?) thing going on.

Oh yeah, that could be it. I think she is one of the most beautiful women, good actress. Madeleine, I think. That's a hard name to spell (I'm not sure all Madeleines spell it that way) but I have always liked it. I think you got the last name right.

shes hot for her age, people are just dicks online because they are safe to say what they want.

Yes, when she was younger she was breathtaking, and she's aging very gracefully. I think that's even on topic.

She looks pretty good.

If she was given the full Hollywood magic treatment, had a big budget lighting, hair, makeup artists and wardrobe I'd bet most of the men (and boys) would be all over it.

Has anyone noticed she is wearing a mic pack around her waist under the sweater she is wearing over her leotard? You can see the outline of it on her back.

Anyone who thinks a woman must be smaller than her has an unhealthy standard they expect a woman to maintain or they like 10 year old boy body. And they isn't anything wrong with that I suppose. I had a co-worker (male) her liked elfish chicks with no boobs.

But this lady - her ass and legs don't wobble while she is shaking them anymore than the dance step is intending so that is all muscle. I bet she could kick a knee in easy as that.

And I think that is what bothers some guys. They like frail girls because it is the only way they feel strong.

I never said I wouldn't do her. At this point in my life I wouldn't date her, which is a different kettle of fish.

I agree that if you are unhappy being fat then you should do something about it and not be in denial. If you are happy, then don't do anything. But that woman is nowhere near being fat.. You obviously like ultra slim waif-like figures which is cool, everyone has their own tastes... but to say she is big is rubbish. Bigger than you'd like for yourself, but not big in most peoples eyes.. as indicated by the posts in this thread.

Oh and here is my straight-on pic... I think you will like it.. fancy a drink sometime? ;) Better make it a diet coke...

Wow, thankyou for that EarthGirl... you're very lovely. I've dated a few girls- women are beautiful creatures.. and no stubble rash! (hopefully, hee hee ;)) I'm naturally a light blonde girl but prefer the dark look, I never felt right as a blonde. I can't PM you but go here if you want to see a closeup of my avatar. Thankyou again sweetie.
