When me and my ex were dating I seriously lost all my friends. She made me go to an alternative school so I wouldn't get into a fight with one of her friends. I know nobody at the new school. Well my problem is that I've never been the social person I'm always shy and quiet and I actually love being by myself. I get to think about things. Anyways I never had close friends that were girls so I can't date anyone. so I'm trying no contact to get my ex back and one day I'm very happy, Confident that ill get her back but then I get bored at home. Start listening to depressing music and start thinking about her. I cry. I think about suicide and then I research more ways to get her back so then I'm back to happy and confident. Any advice to keep myself happy? I don't have hobbies and I bearly ever leave the house, mostly because there's nothing to do in this town.

I think you have to try and make yourself happy if you want your girlfriend back. I know it seems like circular logic, but no one is going to want to date someone who is depressed and only dwells on the past.

Try to bring yourself up! Talk to a counselor at your school, or talk to your parents about seeing a therapist. Once you get back on your emotional feet, you can show your ex what a wonderfully strong person you are and hopefully see that being with you will be awesome!

I don't think my parents can afford a therapist right now. I'm not really close to them, I mean they still think were going out! Our school is like super small and I only go for 3 hours...I'm pretty sure there isn't any consolurs there.

I guess you could always try going for a walk. If your keen try running too. Of course this isn't for everyone but if you do give it a go it can't be any worse than sitting around. Generally the endorphins from it will make you feel better too. Just take it easy at first.
