It doesn't matter what he said to you - you told him it was okay to NOT call. He took you at your word. I had a guy THANK ME for telling him exactly what I wanted. And guess what? He's keeping his word.

Author confusedcookie Posted September 26, 2009 Author Posted September 26, 2009 hi, i'm the OP for the post, and i just wanted to give an update, so i was ranting about him not calling, so i just gave up on it, and out of nowhere, 2 weeks later, he calls, and is totally nonchalant. I talk to him like i've forgotten he said he was gonna call (hell no!), and fyi, the "present or aka, box of chap sticks he said he was going to buy me" never came in the mail, i didn't ask about it... i talked to him for maybe a minute, and told him i would have to call him back bc my tv drama was very exciting and i wanted to finish watching it. he seemed perplexed that as to why i found the tv show more interesting or that it was a higher priority than him (bc, i'm over him hah!)! so i hate to play games, but screw it, this time i'm giving him a dose of his own medicine... "i'll call you back", and he seemed really happy and since we were long distance, he was like, "yeah, call me back, and i'll call you right back (so he would pay instead of me)"... this was a week ago, i still haven't called, nor am i planning to, i've got too many things to do to care about him, but the taste of revenge is oh so sweet =)
