DSM2709 Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 Well, I am going on a second date with someone I met online this Monday, and since the first date went very well, what should I expect from the second date? She's very nice, and we both have a general like for each other. At the end of the first date, I gave her a hug or two, but no kiss. Would it be ok, to kiss her after the second date, pending the date went well? What is the code of conduct for a second date?
kizik Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 Blowjob. Definitely. For real? A nice dinner maybe. And a BJ, of course.
bluewolf17 Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 You should kiss her by date two. . Don't do the hug where one of you sticks your ass out so the loins don't touch.
xpaperxcutx Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 I think a kiss would be okay if she reciprocates. Otherwise it would seem like you're going in for a kiss and she turns her head only to have you plant one on her cheeks. Ah... I love romantic comedies.
kizik Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 Don't go in for the kiss if the evening doesn't lead that way... there really is no dating rulebook. All situations are different. Having said that, in any good dating relationship, The Kiss must be planted by Date 2... good luck... hahaha
OpenGL Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 what should I expect from the second date? expect an f-close
bluewolf17 Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 And clean your room/dorm/mattress in a alley. Just in case.
SoulSearch_CO Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 A kiss on the second date - yes. As long as you're both feeling it. But I definitely agree that IF you are feeling it AND you don't close the deal, that's bad news.
Author DSM2709 Posted September 6, 2009 Author Posted September 6, 2009 Well, we'll see how things turn out, and I'll keep you all posted.
redhighheels Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 Really? Who does that? People who aren't really feelin' it. It really is the best indicator of the relationship between the people engaged in the hug. On topic: first date, second date, seventh date..whatever. Go in for the kiss when you feel it's right. I've had dates where I didn't kiss until the fifth date, and I've had dates where I kissed on the first - they all felt right. There are no hard rules to this thing.
Author DSM2709 Posted September 8, 2009 Author Posted September 8, 2009 Well, the second date went very well. We had pizza and ice cream, did alot of talking and shared a few laughs, and got to know each other some more. The date ended with some very nice kissing and nothing else. So, things are looking up.....finally. I'm taking things slow this time, trying to learn from my past mistakes, and so far so good.

Author DSM2709 Posted September 21, 2009 Author Posted September 21, 2009 Well, it's been awhile since I've updated my newly found "friend". We went on our 3rd and 4th dates recently, and I must say they went very very well. The third date, she came over to my place, and we were going to go out but she was very tired so we just hung out at my place....and watched a movie, and then....;-)!!! The 4th date was this past Saturday, and we went to an outdoor concert in her town and had a picnic. The weather was awesome, and it felt really nice to be with someone different and not once did I think about my ex.... never thought I could do that, but I did. Then we went back to her house...and ;-) x's 2!!!!! Overall, things are going well. This new girl seems really nice, and I think she's into me. We both agreed that since we were together that there should be no expectations, which I told her too that I didn't want to move too fast and we will take things one day at a time. However I did invite her to join me to NH in a couple of weeks, and she will let me know. Either way I'm going, so it's up to her if she wants to go with me. We talked about it, and I would like her to come with me, but we'll see. I don't want to be too pushy.
