There is this blonde girl whom I've seen only two times, by chance, on the shuttle to and from the school we go to. Both times were random , so there is little hope of running into her again. The shuttle is small and, being that college just started two days ago, I figured it would be a good idea to give a note to the bus driver and have the bus driver give her the note. She is very tall, thin, and exceptionally beautiful, so I doubt that the bus driver would give it to the wrong person. I would just put something on the note like "I've seen you a few times, but never got the chance to say hello." Then i would either ask her to call my cell or meet me in a starbucks or something if she's curious.

I know it's a little strange sounding, but in a school of 8000 kids I really doubt i'll see her again.

Anyone think it's a good idea or should i just pray i see her again?

Don't bother with the note; from the female perspective it will seem kind of creapy, and I doubt the bus driver would do as you ask.

Personally, I believe that everything happens for a reason, so if you are meant to see her again, your paths will cross. Perhaps the first two times were just to peak your interest and the 'third time's the charm.' I would suggest just making sure that you have the nerve to talk to her the next time you see her.

If she is as pretty as you say, pretend she isn't and treat her just like anyone else. "Hi, do you ride this route often?" would be a good place to start. If you follow with "what degree are you working on?" or something like that, it would show that you are interested in her brains and personality, and not just her looks, and you might actually get a conversation out of her. Act confident even if you don't feel it, and see where it takes you. You have nothing to loose by trying.

Good luck.

I agree with the above poster. That would seem a little strange or creepy, and I wouldn't be sure how legitimate it was. I wouldn't call the number from the note, not knowing who was behind it.
