DustySaltus Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 What's the most amount of times you've had an X "check in" on you after you went No Contact on them? Do you think it was a real attempt to get you back OR just an ego boost?

Do you think it was a real attempt to get you back OR just an ego boost? My first lt RS she checked in constantly after a few months. Now, it's six years later, and she still messaged me on myspace until I deleted it. The current ex? She hasn't bother contacting me at all, not even to check on HER dog. So, it is what it is, bro.

Ego Boost or Looking for you to release their lingering quilt (if they have a soul at all) because its getting in the way of having a really good organism with the new fck buddy
silic0ntoad Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 Ego Boost or Looking for you to release their lingering quilt (if they have a soul at all) because its getting in the way of having a really good organism with the new fck buddy 100% right. Thus, why, if they contact me, I usually don't accept their apology, and tell them to bugger off. You created the guilt baggage. Carry it with pride.
JLT123 Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 When we first broke up, she would check out my match profile a lot, according to her. She sent me a nasty email through it, too.. basically stating how it didn't take me long to get on there.. this after she couldn't even bring herself to say Merry Christmas to me. In the past two months, not a peep from her.. she's with someone else, or so she says, so that probably has something to do with it.
Author DustySaltus Posted September 3, 2009 Author Posted September 3, 2009 You know every time my ex tried to get back in contact with me I would learn a little more about how crazy she really is. Now, I changed my email password almost two months ago but she is still quoting emails from LAST FEBRUARY that I sent to my friends before we were even serious. Turns out she does have borderline personality disorder which is incurable with a girl like her. I'm sure this is a vicious circle with her where she'll keep coming back into the picture as long as I let her. I have to stop it though I am not going to lie, watching her crawl back to me without contacting her is pretty satisfying in the short term
