Should a girl reveal to her bf (after he asks of course) how many partners she has had? What if he doesn't like what he hears and what could it mean for the way he thinks about her afterward? (let's say that the girl doesn't want to lie:p)

She should certainly tell him the truth. If he doesnt like what he hears, than you werent meant to be, but Ive never thought any less of a girl who gave me her number, even if it was higher than mine.

Honesty is always the best policy.

If the guy has a problem with how many men you slept with, then he has some issues that you dont want to deal with. Run away from him.

No you shouldn't tell him.

I'm sure that the most successful relationships are based on lies and secrecy.

As a guy, I seriously wouldnt mind knowing how many partners the girl I'm with had. I wouldn't think less of her for telling me.

And let's be honest, if you are already having sex with him and sex is great, it probably means you've experience, na ?

I think you should just tell him the truth whether it's a big or a small numbers of partners. It just shows him he can trust you.

no .. no .. NO... NO... not all truth is good to tell...

Our sexual past belongs to us.. no one else..

Gosh .. people seem to like to make their life more complicated..

Honesty and disclosure are 2 very different things. There is nothing wrong with keeping things private. It could be this, or something else, but we each have a right to our privacy. And also, the privacy of the other person (or people) that were involved. One question leads to another, next thing you know you're giving names and time frames and positions. The questioning will never end. Sometimes imagination is not a good thing...

If you ever took money for sexual acts... you should disclose that to a potential partner.

Like I said.. our sexual past belongs to us... it's no one else's business..

So what if you are asked directly? You say all your bases are belong to us, lay off biotch? I'm a guy, and I don't like to lie, so what would be a satisfactory answer that a woman would accept and stop bugging me about it in the future?

Lizzie and I have always disagreed on this. If he asks, you tell. The whole truth. If he doesn't ask, you don't tell. Simple.

I used to tell the truth too, but it'd be very convenient for me if there's a way around that. I hope Lizzie has the magic answer.
