Pyro Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 *cough* *cough* http://www.salagir.com/gfx/troll-web.jpg :lmao: soulsearch- I understand you getting frustrated with me... but one thing you have to understand is that all girls aren't like you. Height is a real issue for guys, especially those who are average height or below. Many smart and masculine guys I know that are 5'10" or under are usually not the most confident, all because of one thing: height. I can see it in their eyes. I'm not a troll, I'm just speaking my mind... even my 6 foot 1 father says all the time how he would do anything to be 3 inches taller. 100% not true, at least for this guy. I am just a tad under 5'9" and I understand and accept that there will be (and already has been) lots of women out there who are not attracted to me due to my height. That is ok with me because there are many other women out there who are fine with my height.
Pyro Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 lots of people would kill to be your height Its just a height. Anyone who is insecure about height just needs to be patient. Unfortunately height is a big issue to some women and the shorter guys will get turned down, but there are enough women out in the world that will be ok with it.
Lusitan Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 And the best thing is that the woman who are attracted to you, are so because you are a great man, not because you are tall
Pyro Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 It's just lame knowing I can try all I want to perfect my self in every way possible and still not be up to some girls standards It does suck but you don't need a woman like that. You want one who'll like you for who you are inside. Patience and confidence my friend.

But your dating pool enlarges proportionately to your confidence. The more confident you are, the more women that will be attracted to you. And I am talking about healthy levels of confidence and self-esteem. Not arrogance or jerky behavior. Too many guys get all worked up over *A* girl when they're talking to her instead of just going with the flow. As Franky says: Relax. Don't do it. When you wanna get to it. Relax, don't do it.... Bottom line: JUST HAVE FUN!

Confusedalways Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 I'm just shy of 5'5" and I prefer guys 5'10" above BUT would never discount sometime shorter JUST because of their height. 5'10'+ will turn my head, though.
Lyssa Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 Confidence is key. Act like the height means nothing to you. Yes! Be confident and you'll attract more women.
runner Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 New posters, learn to use the search function which isn't even necessary in this case since an identical thread was even on the same page
caramel c Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 Wait I just answered this in the other thread but here it is again. I'm 5'7'' and wear high heels every single day so I prefer a guy to be at least 5'11.
McKenzie Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 I am a female who is 5 feet 9 inches tall without shoes. I like men who are bright and have a sense of humor and are kind-hearted. I don't care how tall he is. The love of my life is 2 inches shorter than I am. I must admit my little insecure mind has wondered if he would still be by my side if I were smaller and if he would have been proud to be seen with me had I been petite.
