lilac0721 Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Ok, So, over the summer, I got a cell phone with free unlimited text. Well this drop dead amazingly hot chick with tna and everything also has free unlimited text too! She did go to my school, but now im going into highschool and she will be in grade 8. She is a very good friend. We text everyday and it feels like I could talk to her about anything and everything, I feel so confortable about her. It is pretty obvious that she doesnt like me, and I know for a fact that she doesnt, a good friend of hers told me that. I always give her compliments like, "Hey Sexy" and stuff like that. How can I get her to think of me more as a boyfriend, and less of a good friend? Please, Im begging for answears.
Soul Bear Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 for a start don't use phrases like 'hey sexy'.... How about 'wow, you look really pretty'
Brady_to_Moss Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 You cant control someones feelings...you can only be yourself and that all you can do..gl
Soul Bear Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 You cant control someones feelings...you can only be yourself and that all you can dol This is also true. But as far as the OP's 'chat' is concerned towards her, do you really think that'll make her feel special and like he's a bit different? Anyway, OP, you need to pull away for a bit and let her do some chasing, if it happens then you can take it from there, but if not, then you will be able to move your feelings on..
D-Lish Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Ok, She did go to my school, but now im going into highschool and she will be in grade 8. I have a feeling that once you hit highschool, you will be so busy with meeting new girlies with free unlimited text that it will make your head spin:lmao:
Soul Bear Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 I don't know how old that makes him -but if you're under 20 I would really just move on with your life for now...
D-Lish Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 I don't know how old that makes him -but if you're under 20 I would really just move on with your life for now... That makes him, ohhhhhhhhhhh, around 13 years old...And the girl in question,12!
xpaperxcutx Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 I don't know how old that makes him -but if you're under 20 I would really just move on with your life for now... I think it's pretty obvious the OP is young since he stated he's just entering high school.... OP, stay away from phrases such as " hey sexy" or " hey mama" etc those are condescending and only makes you look like a pimp ( in a really bad way) than someone whose looking to start a relationship with. Can I say one thing? There will be plenty of girls in high school to worry about. If a girl lets you know directly or indirectly that she doesn't like you, then yes, she doesn't like you. You can't make anyone fall in love with you and there are no magic potions. Whatever happened to high school being mostly about school work?
Soul Bear Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 That makes him, ohhhhhhhhhhh, around 13 years old...! :lmao::lmao: PaperCut- Schools and grading systems are different here in uk, it was impossible for me to know. I guessed 16-18
D-Lish Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 :lmao::lmao: Lol, but regardless of age~ still entitled to thoughtful replies. TBH, I LIKE texts that state "hey sexy".... It automatically puts a smile on my face.
xpaperxcutx Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 :lmao::lmao: PaperCut- Schools and grading systems are different here in uk, it was impossible for me to know. I guessed 16-18 Oh sorry about that. But yes, grade 8 and 9thers are 14-15 year olds in the US.
D-Lish Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Oh sorry about that. But yes, grade 8 and 9thers are 14-15 year olds in the US. Yep- Grade 8 is 12-13yrs and grade 9 is 13-14yrs in Canada. But..people here skate long before they learn to read. BUT, going back on topic- to the OP- I really do think that within a matter of days (when you start school), you'll be in a much different place, and probably won't think too much about what is behind you.
