Unfortunately for older women, it is also these same girls who will be more likely to give the guy attention, and respond to his advances. Thus he'll be more confident with this younger girl. And I know plenty of guys who go for younger girls, and you know what, while its fun for a while getting to bang these young good looking chicks, getting rid of them is another story. Extremely clingy. So you get what you pay for in the end haha.

They'll listen to sly words of charm more. Easier to convince. Less experience sometimes equals out to more naive. Bleeve Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 As a guy I used to feel the same way as you when I was like 25. But do you know what, those 18-20 yr olds are all 30-32 now. Everyone gets old. But I have realized that staying in shape will put you in the top 10% looks wise of your age group as you get older. I used to say that I wasn't bad for a 30 yr old man. Now I am working on being in better shape then most 20yr old men. Stay fit, stay active, stay fun and age makes no difference to me.

If a mid-twenties woman takes care of herself (doesn't let herself go) and dresses nice then they are just as attractive to me as any 18-20 yr old ....the thing about most 18-20 yr olds is that they are in better shape honestly then older women....the same goes for men

I meant women in their mid twenties are older then women who are 18-20, hence older women Well, where I work we have hundreds of women ranging from college age to 60's and from working here 9 years I can tell you that as a rule younger girls are generally more fit. And I personally think older people are in more long term relationships and become complacent; Men and women stop worrying about their appearance less if they are in a relationship as opposed to people that are dating "The primary reason why women's metabolism slows down as they age is the loss of muscle mass and increase in fat. Even men admit to thinking that younger girls are more physically attractive. I'm so insecure to the point that I don't even want to leave the house anymore because I feel old and think I'm starting to look old. when i look in the mirror i see that mid 20ish look that doesn't have that super young and fresh look like a teenager. Young girls are retarded, and most of them are so ugly on the inside that I don't find them attractive at all....no matter how "hot" they may look. I compare them to the Chevrolet Corvair. Beautiful car, but if you drive one you'll burst into flames and die a miserable, horrible death. I'm 31 and after I got divorced I was on the "date younger girls" kick...until I found out that they're all soulless, vile tramps who care about nothing but themselves, are miserable to talk to, and totally self-absorbed. Don't feel old...Most of my single buddies who are my age wouldn't dream of dating anyone under the age of 30.
Pink Cupcakes Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 Yeah, I went to this guy I am seeing's 15 year reunion, this guy is 3 years younger than I am, I couldn't believe how much older most of the women looked than I did, I mean they looked at least 40 some of them. LOL, it felt good, though. I love getting taken for someone in their 20s, it's awesome.

There is usually very little in common, and they are usually at different stages in their lives.

I stress that they may find them more youthful and attractive than girls in their mid 20s Ha! MANY guys in your age group want women MY age -- their 40s! Not younger, as you believe. Everyone has different desires and you are obsessing on one, very small bracket who want those younger than them. But you are not widening your vision to the bigger picture of those who desire contemporaries or those older.

But, wouldn't you rather be someone that somebody wants instead of someone that somebody is settling with? I see a lot of these men looking at the younger girls and they want to be with them but they can't always get one. So they settle for the women they are already with.

This is said over and over agian A friend of mine is 30 and he has recently rejected a hot 22 year old girl because she is too young for him and he is after a LTR. True story.

I don't want to be "settled for" just because the man can't get the 22 year old (which implies he'd like to and would go for it if he had the chance). No, thanks. If I'm only good enough as a "last resort" because the young ones reject the men, I'd rather stay single. Seems like alot of women only have a best before date until 25 max and are depreciating assets in men's opinion. Men's value, on the other hand, increases as they age, of course. Oh, all those wonderful, bald, middle-aged, pot-bellied men. Aren't they god's gift to women.

I've always been told that there are going to be people who are better looking, have more money, and are smarter without getting too far off track----but that's life. We just take it and run with it.
