jrobbies Posted November 19, 2003 Posted November 19, 2003 I'm going on my first date EVER tonight, and I'm extremely nervous. I'm not sure if it will even lead to this, but I've never even kissed a guy and I'm scared I'm going to not know what to do and then he'll think I'm a bad kisser... What can I do? THANKS!
moimeme Posted November 19, 2003 Posted November 19, 2003 Keep in mind that people usually do to you what they like to have done to them. If he's gentle, be gentle back. If he's more aggressive, you can be that way back, if it doesn't bother you. Here's a how-to site, for you: http://www.kissingbooth.com/kiss.htm Good luck!
wiseOLDman Posted November 19, 2003 Posted November 19, 2003 jrobbies, I guess it all depends on how you want it to end. Assuming that you're quite young (since it's your first date and you've never kissed a guy before) I see nothing wrong with a nice hug and a kiss on the cheek. I know that sounds old fashioned, but I still think that it is appropriate for a first-ever date and kiss. It will take the worry out of the quality of a lip-lock. Chances are your date's a little worried about the whole thing too. Enjoy your date and be good.
