Do you only want an apology to further contact with him?

You absolutely didn't get to know HIM -- to know him would be to know he is married.

Well said Fooled. There is NO such thing as an "online love affair". Its called an online fantasy and OMG I think this guy may be really great he sounds like everything I ever wanted in a man I HOPE ITS NOT BS. Its not a "love affair" until you meet in person and develop an actual face to face relationship.

Had you ever met him?

Hey guys, let's not judge me so quickly here. You all don't know everything.

Let's just say there is more to this. But it doesn't matter. I have moved on. I just can't have him ever contact me again. There is too much chemistry.

Honey, we can't help if you don't help us. You trusted the untrustworthy. It happens and we all learn from it.

DId you ever meet him or see him a lot? Did he act single? Believe me a lot of them can get Academy Awards for their behavior. I hope you did move on and you ignore him for what he did not only to you but his wife! Just terrible!!!

This is just not sensible. It's an "online" affair. She is an "online" mistress. These are not real. This is not a reality based relationship.

To much invested in fantasy. How can one be "in love" and a mistress, If you can't even confirm someones existance? Isn't this a case of being the goal being in love?

It (can) takes years to master the online dating sites.

The 'players' can be so convincing. Been on them for years myself and have met ... with caution, in person ... some really cool people.
