It's actually a little scary to see just how much sugar the average person eats, in food and drinks. Sodas seem to be the worst. Trialbyfire Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 On average, I live on almost no added sugars daily. Just naturally occurring sugars in fruits and veggies. This includes dried organic fruits which has no added sugars.

This includes dried organic fruits which has no added sugars.The reason I mentioned this is that the 6 - 9 teaspoons of added sugars, which is considered a healthy amount, is still a lot to live on and isn't really all that necessary, in that you can get sugar from naturally occurring sources.
